If your auction is not ready receive the traffic at the time of winning of the newsletter auction/s we require that there is placeholder auction in place with at least one item, with the anticipation that during the week of newsletter marketing that you make changes, upload your own auction items and reupload anytime. Please note that any auctions won that the newsletters begin to go out on Monday evening after our auction has closed. Any winning bidders that do not have an auction placeholder in place may be disallowed on any of our future auctions. The logic is XO TRAFFIC is flowing to your site each Monday and bidders need to see that there is something there or it creates a disillusionment of the Auction House we market too and represent. Auction House integrity is very important to XO TRAFFIC.

HOW DOES THIS WORK? It’s simple. XO TRAFFIC – is an Online Auction company specializing in helping only licensed auction companies receive bidder specific XO traffic to their individual auction/s.
ONLINE and OFFLINE: We here at XO TRAFFIC believe in diversity. Therefore, if your auction is only online, only offline, or offline at a location and online as well we want to represent your licensed auction house. XO Traffic want you get as many qualified-on auction bidders only to see the items you have a available.
HOW DO I REGISTER? At the TOP RIGHT of your screen in the HEADER, click “SIGN IN,” a window will pop up and you will be able to register there.  It’s fast, easy, and secure. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.
HOW DOES THE XO AUCTION WORK? The auction is open for bidding as soon as it goes “LIVE” online each Monday. Bidding is super easy; at any time, you can begin placing your bids and may enter a maximum Proxy bid. EXAMPLE: LOT CALIFORNIA 1 – $10 Minimum Bid with no prior bids If no one else bids you have just won a week’s quality auction bidders traffic to your auction site for $10. Winning bidders credit cards will immediately be charged following the completion of the sale. If a company wins two Featured Auction spots, but only has one auction uploaded, you may still be charged for that additional spot.
The auction will only be featured for the week listed within the auction/lot details; it will NOT be featured for the duration of the auction. I.E. If your auction is online for 30 days it will only be a Featured Auction for the date range listed, NOT 30 days. This auction starts closing at EST on Monday. The winning auctions will be placed as Featured Auctions that Monday.
You can choose to bid $10 on this lot and you would be the high bidder. If someone bids more, you would then be outbid. If you had placed a maximum bid of $10, and the other person had bid higher, you would automatically be outbid with the new bid, and that new bid would be the higher bidder at $10. So, you don’t have to be in front of your computer at each bid of the auction and closing time unless you want to. Use a PROXY BID and place a bid larger than $10 and should there be another bidder who bids higher than your placed bid your proxy bid takes effect and outbids that bid. With XO TRAFFIC your bidding is done for you if you want that convenance. With that said if you do not proxy bid an amount and go with the minimum you will be notified by email that your bid is no longer the high bid.
Winning auctions will appear on the respective pages as Featured Auctions from Monday, until Monday, perpetual. They will also be included in the weekly newsletter send out. You must clearly outline which items that offer shipping and those that can only be picked up to win spots 1-3. Spots 4-6 are guest spots open to any registered company. You can add/update/edit the sale at any time following the completion of our Featured Auction. Featured auctions bidding platform is not specified and open to all auction sellers. Auctions that link out to all legitimate bidding platforms will be permitted.
There are no changes available during the week in our newsletters, we will receive your form filled out and this is what will be represented for the week.
When do the XO MARKETING Newsletters go out and at what frequency? The XO TRAFFIC Newsletters go out starting Monday P.M. EST. You will also receive a copy of the newsletter in your email of record as a validation of the content and the frequency. Most Newsletter are sent out a minimum of WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY. Or minimum 3-day variant of thereof. Our mailing list is topical, and the current is approximately 500,000. We are increasing this mail list as more people sign up and on to receive their requested emails about auctions.
WHAT ARE THE RULES? All bidders must abide by the terms and conditions of the XO TRAFFIC to make for a fair and even playing field for everyone. All sales in auctions are final, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please understand that it is important should you desire to ask any questions before you bid, a bid is a legally binding contract. XO TRAFFIC will restrict any future bids of an auction house for any breaches in our terms and conditions. That is the extent of our actions. Although highly unlikely any chargeback done by an auction house and high bidder may be seen as an attempt to, “defraud a merchant” and may be handed over to our collection agency if we deem it necessary.
