These auction listings are used to auction the Auctions spots on www.XOTRAFFIC.com newsletter locations, to the listed State XOTRAFFIC Portal home pages as well as a Featured Auction spot within the respective weekly newsletters. Each lot creates your domain name link to your online auction. One Auction one spot. The winning bidder on each lot will have the winning auction placed in the corresponding State Auction spot for the duration of one week in the weekly corresponding email newsletter. If an auction is not specified in the registration notes, XOTRAFFIC will choose the forwarding URL from the winning bidder’s registration information. The AUCTION will not only specify your auctions position in the newsletter but will also create the specified state or region and the number of newsletters to be sent for the auction won. If your auction is not ready, you can still upload it as a place holder, and make more changes and reupload anytime. Be sure to read the lot information in full for the offered newsletter auction listing info/dates/time. XOTRAFFIC is unable to switch listing dates if you bid on the incorrect date range. The auction will only be featured for the week listed within the auction/lot details; it will NOT be featured for the duration of the auction. I.E. If your auction is online for 30 days it will only be a Featured Auction for the date range listed, NOT 30 days. A specific auction will only be listed once for the date range specified. An auctioneer cannot win multiple Featured Auction spots for the same auction listing. However, a single auctioneer can win multiple Listed Auction spots for different state or region listings. This auction will close approximately 1pm PST on Monday. The winning auctions will be placed as their designated Auctions that Monday afternoon in the emailed newsletter and are sent out as described in the actual auction item that you have won… Your winning auction must can be forwarded to ANY auction online bidding platform you use. There are no restrictions regarding what auction platform you use. Your auction can be only online, or online and/or live/in-person sale. You are not permitted to redirect a state specific auction and or regional auction to another state or region. This means that a person that would practice this type of action is potentially circumventing our system and will be restricted from future bidding on our marketing auctions and services
